I loved how the staff were so helpful when I needed to store milk for my baby, making our stay super convenient. The garden area was perfect for relaxing, with lovely benches and a cozy sitting spot. The only hiccup was that the Christmas dinner could've been better, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

this accommodation had a central setting very near to the international station that goes to disneyland lots of children. it was also very close to grocery store with a restaurant and major shopping centres.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a lovely area, close enough to restaurant, London, and pub. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was incredible to satisfy everyone. I had perfect days staying at this hip new venue.

Alex at the reception helped us to organize a boat trip. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Really recommendable.

Everything still pretty new.
Without upgrading to English breakfast, breakfast was a bit lean, there were only two kinds of toast, not even a croissant. The restaurant was sometimes overloaded in the evening, dishes were no longer cleared.

We took the train from there to London. About 2 km from the hotel.
There is a big construction site around the hotel.

It was just a great match for a quick stop in Gravesend with very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant, especially our main waitress, were attentive and made the dining experience much better. I recommend checking in early to avoid delays when busy.
